I had this afternoon all to myself and I got to catch up on some much-needed alone time. My guilty evil favoritest food is white rice. Oh, the horror! I love it with butter & salt, or with soy sauce, or even just plain in a bowl. To make my Saturday brunch a bit more healthy I added some sauteed veggies and meatless sausage.

Peas, carrots, celery, onion, broccoli, sausage, soy sauce and toasted seaweed served on white rice.

I am so proud of myself for devoting some quiet time for just me. I’d suggest you do the same sometime. ;)
