I just discovered Thai & True All-Natural Thai Curry Pastes: Massaman curry paste from Food Fight the other day and can’t seem to get enough! I really need to back off though, I’m putting it in everything. I made this soup with lowfat vanilla soy milk since I didn’t have coconut milk on hand- but it was still amazing. This soup took about 10 minutes total to cook. It’s basically onion, celery & carrots, frozen veggie medley, raisins, soy milk and curry paste. Heat and serve..
