Dehydrating is so simple, I don’t know why I ever bought dried fruit at the stores.

Step 1. Core & slice apples (try variety: granny smith, fuji, golden etc.)

Step 2. Soak in lemon water for about 10 minutes

Step 3 (optional). Sprinkle with cinnamon if ya want

I actually like these apples better just plain. The cinnamon is nice, but it’s not really that sweet and I prefer my cinnamon with sugar. But then that defeats my whole “eat healthy” regime.

Step 4. Arrange and dehydrate for about 4 hours
