Woody’s favorite thing to make these days is vegan sushi. Seaweed, marinated & baked tofu, avocado, rice, carrots, sprouts, cucumber, broccoli- pretty much anything we have in the fridge. He should really call it “Everything but the kitchen sink” sushi. He’s gotten really great at rolling them, better than me! Awesome job grasshoppa!
vegetables are VERY important! Today’s snack:

Fresh mixed veggies with homemade White Bean hummus Dip and a slice of all natural local made Whole grain bread (say no to preservatives!) YUUUUM!
